Message from the Chair
On behalf of the Employment RoundTable of Southern California, welcome! I‘m excited to Chair this group of dedicated civil rights professionals and I hope that you find value in participating. Your association with the ERTSC will provide you the opportunity to network with your peers, learn from top experts in the fields of equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, workplace diversity and equity, and build partnerships with regulatory agencies.
The ERTSC focuses on bridging the gap between the employer and legal communities and the California Civil Rights Department and other civil rights agencies. As an organization, the ERTSC strives to listen, support, disseminate and advocate as our members navigate these interesting and challenging times and engage their leadership and workforce in employment compliance. Our industry and community are ever–changing with new regulations, approaches and tools, to provide fair and equitable workplaces for all. Now more than ever is the ERTSC and its mission relevant and needed.
